Inventory Management
- You can now review pending transactions using the Redwood Inventory Transactions page. This unified page simplifies access to both pending and completed transactions and is available under Inventory tasks in the Inventory Management work area.
- You can now allow your suppliers to review consumption advice in the Oracle Supplier Portal using a Redwood page.
Shipping
- You can manage your shipping parameters using a Redwood page to align with your business processes and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- You can manage shipping exceptions using a Redwood page to efficiently address conflicts.
Receiving
- The Redwood Expected Shipment Lines page, introduced in update 25A, now has enhanced search capabilities. You can search by ASN number, transfer order number, RMA number, supplier item number, and manufacturer part number for better handling of inbound shipments.
- You can now use a Redwood template to create debit memo failure notifications, enhancing the user experience for both email and worklist notifications when automatic debit memo creation fails during a goods return to a supplier.
Cost Management
- You can now manage cost analysis groups using Redwood pages. This includes creating, modifying, deleting, and searching for groups, as well as downloading data for offline analysis and collaboration.
- You can now create and manage run controls from the new Redwood page, Cost Processing Run Control. This centralizes cost processing across multiple cost organizations and cost books.
E-records and E-signatures
- You can now use the new Electronic Records landing page to view your electronic records in Redwood user experience.
Order Management
- Now, you can revise an existing sales order to return an item or create a new sales order for the return. You can also return an item from another existing sales order.
- You can now check item availability and schedule directly on the Sales Order Lines page.
Manufacturing
- You can now use the new Configured Items page to view and manage your configured items, update descriptions using generative AI, and handle exceptions during item creation.
- After running the Process Item Structure Changes to Work Definitions process, you can view FYI notifications for unsynchronized structure changes in the Redwood style.
Maintenance
- The Maintenance Supervision workbench scoreboard now features enhanced interaction with dashboard KPIs, two new metrics (Future and All), and a renamed metric—Open Work Orders is now labeled as Current.
- The new Maintenance Management and Maintenance Execution landing pages provide a comprehensive view of all activities, highlight urgent work orders, and enable quick actions for additional tasks.

- You can define OTBI-based KPIs and visualizations using the Visualization Configurations tool. First, create an OTBI analysis, then for a KPI, select Metric Card as the visualization type, and for a visualization, choose Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Tabular Chart, etc.

Manage Inventory Business Event Configurations Using a Redwood Page
- Business events enable integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management transactions with third-party logistics (3PL) or warehouse management systems (WMS) using REST resources or SOAP services.
Enhanced Reporting for Manufacturing Work Definitions
- New OTBI Subject Area: Manufacturing – Work Definitions Real Time enables ad hoc reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Improved Accuracy: Ensure work definitions are complete and up to date for planning, work orders, costing, and orderless transactions.
