What are the New Technical Updates in Oracle 24D Release?

Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • The Salary History, Stock Grants, and Online Total Compensation Statement pages have been redesigned using Redwood's Visual Builder Studio, enhancing user experience and functionality.
  • Approvers now receive BI Publisher notifications for Change Salary, Salary History, Personal Contributions, Individual Compensation, and Administer Compensation actions, all featuring the enhanced Redwood experience design.
  • The Redwood employment processes in HCM Data Loader (HDL) now allow users to record additional notes during employment changes. You can include assignment details in the .dat file and easily add notes for further context.
Financials (FIN)
  • To initiate the escheatment process for unclaimed check payments, use the enhanced payment REST API to identify stale payments and start the escheatment operation efficiently.
  • Leverage the ERP Integrations REST API to escheat payments marked as "Escheatment Initiated" and generate an invoice to remit the funds to the escheatment authority.
  • Generate an invoice or credit memo directly from the Create Transaction page or via REST APIs for seamless transaction management.
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Leverage Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to generate audit reports on transfer order receipts, with the Direct Transfer Order Attribute now accessible in the Receiving Transactions Real Time Subject Area for enhanced reporting.
  • Utilize REST Services to create or import sustainability activities, enabling seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Create a custom file name pattern for B2B outbound messages by modifying the Extensible Style Sheet Language (XSL) file used for collaboration messages sent via SFTP, File Export, or Email.
