  • Configurations for Responsive are now applicable to Redwood for Employment Details.
  • Approvers' edits commit data without visiting all sections if they lack security access.
  • Configurable key flexfields (KFF) for People Group and Default Expense Account in various worker addition processes.
Core HR Features Updates
  • Non-workers and their representatives can now view each other through self-service. Line Managers and HR Representatives also have access. HCM processes like Approvals and Refresh Representatives Data now include non-workers.
  • Oracle-delivered validations on Person Name Styles are relaxed with the new "Mark as Active" column, allowing non-required name attributes to be marked inactive and hidden on relevant pages.
Payroll Updates
  • Automatic deletion of time entries in the payroll application dated after an employee's termination.
  • Display of distributed element names in subledger accounting process results, such as employer costs on salary cost lines.
