How to log a ‘Support Ticket’ for OpKey?

While using OpKey, you may come across different occasions when you need help from our OpKey Support Team. There are few common scenarios when you can log a support ticket:

  1. Facing issue with OpKey while using it
  2. Facing issue with OpKey Licenses

How to log an OpKey support ticket?

  • If you don’t have your account on OpKey Support Portal (https://smartsoftware.freshdesk.com/support/home) then you can click on the Sign Up link to create your account.
  • You can create your account using your existing accounts on Google, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Enter your Full name and Email ID, check “I’m not a robot” checkbox and click on Register.

  • Once your account is registered successfully, you get a notification “Successfully registered”.
  • Now, you can login with your registered account details. After successful login, you can log new tickets, view status of already logged tickets and do more with them.

  • Compose your support ticket by filling all required fields & then click on Create

Now, your OpKey support ticket has been logged successfully and you can see all respective information for your logged ticket. Just within a minute you get an acknowledgement mail regarding your OpKey support ticket logged along with the link of your logged support ticket.

How to view My Tickets status?

If you have your account on OpKey Support Portal then follow the given steps to view your support ticket:

  1. Login to the OpKey Support Portal (https://smartsoftware.freshdesk.com/support/home)
  2. Navigate to the Tickets page (https://smartsoftware.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/filters/all_tickets)
  3. Browse and view your support ticket
  4. You can use filter options to refine list of support ticket showing on the page
  5. Open your support ticket to view its current status
  6. You can perform various actions (Reply, Forward, Add Note, etc.) regarding your support ticket
